A closely fought battle between the Cicero Rattlers and Sports Zone came down to the final seconds with an epic finish.
Both teams traded leads throughout the night until four late runs put Sports Zone ahead by 3.
With only 2 minutes remaining on the clock, the Rattlers loaded up the bases with some quick hits from Matthews, Sadowski and Rumpel.
With under 20 seconds remaining, and 2 outs, Lucas Thelen stepped up to the plate to give his team one final chance to win.
With two strikes on Thelen, he hit a rocket to right field for a walk-off grand-slam that put the Rattlers ahead 12-11.
This was an exciting game that treated fans to plenty of great plays along with some down-right comical errors.
