The Cicero Rattlers met up at the Sports Center arena with the Cuse Blues team from SBC.
Even though the Rattlers were able to rack up 20 hits, they were only able to bring in 5 runs on this night. Luckily, that was enough to hold off a Cuse Blues comeback that left them at 4 runs.
Offensive leaders on the night were Lucas Thelen and Nicholas Capece, who both went 4/5 on the night. The remaining 12 hits on the night came from Kenton Cochran (3), Jacob Sadowski (3), Ethan Matthews (3), Daniel Capp (2) and Connor Pearce (1).
MVP on this night was Kenton Cochran for an outstanding defensive performance that included two double-plays and multiple putouts, including one at home.
