The Cicero Little League Juniors Team (14u) came into Clay North Park on Monday night looking to keep the hits going as they met up with Liverpool.
Cicero racked up 16 runs off of 12 hits in their previous game and were looking to climb up the league standings with a repeat on this night.
Starting off on the mound on this night was Jacob Calabria. He pitched 2-innings, giving up 4 runs on 3 walks and 4 hits, while striking out 2. Connor Pearce followed Calabria in the 3rd inning. Pearce gave up 1 run on 1 hit and 1 walk, while striking out 1 through the 4th inning. Lucas Thelen followed Pearce in the 5th inning. Thelen gave up 3 runs on 2 hits and 3 walks, while striking out 2. Ethan Matthews finished the game in the 7th inning, giving up 1 run on 1 walk with 1 strike out.

This night also welcomed back veteran player KJ Cochran, who returned from being out-of-state all summer.
